Not knowing how long ago the floors were last finished,I could not tell you want type of sealer you have. If the floors are buffed with a floor buffer and steel wool pads. Take paint thinner on a towel to clean the floor. You can do this with a push broom. The FLOOR can be varnished with a polyurethane finish. These come in Satin or High Gloss. Apply 2 coats and your FLOOR will look good for a long time.
