Then pressure wash the areas you sprayed with the bleach water solution. Remove all excess water from the area. Once again, use fans to dry the area. You are now ready to start refinishing the rooms. Many people will cut drywall at the water line and only dispose of that portion. Better to get it all out--insures you can get to wet insulation and those studs I mentioned.
