Is It Better To Remodel Our Home, Or Look For A New One That Meets Our Changing Needs?

We have an unfinished dormer. We have the talent to do some of the work ourselves. We’re just unsure if it would be worth all the work when we could possibly find a new home with the two new bedrooms and extra bath we’ll be needing to add on to our current home. Of course, since we’re adding space, the furnace and electrical systems would also need to be updated. The plumbing in the house is all orginal, and would have to be replaced also (it’s due without the remodel). We like where we’re at, but wouldn’t mind a change of scenery too. Not to mention, we’re in a time crunch, have to be done within 7 months. Thanks for your help.

but if your budget fits all you want to remodel your house., you shoulkd stick to your house and design it the way you want
