I would look to find the place where the water is getting past the vinyl siding. You will need the tool ( available at most hardware stores ) to take siding apart, a claw hammer, and possibly a nail pulling bar. I would start with the piece of siding above the leaking window. Check the J channel over the window. If the leak is coming from higher up hopefully you can continue tracking it up and removing siding till you find where the water is getting past the vinyl siding. Once found you will have to repair or replace the trim or siding, depending on which one is letting the water in.
